We understand that Life can be a little unpredictable, and we will always work with our clients when there are emergencies or illnesses. Please let us know asap if you cannot make your appt by text/email/phone.
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows the salon enough time to fill the appointment slot with another client.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours notice requires a 50% fee of the service for which you were scheduled.
If you cancel same day or no show, you will be charged 95% of the services scheduled.
These fees must be paid Before a new appt can be scheduled.

more than two consecutive same day cancellations or no shows will result in a deposit needed to book future appointments.
our appointments are booked time specific. if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to amend or reschedule your appointment to a later date.
A credit card is Required to book any appointment.
A 5-10% product usage fee will be applied to all color and chemical services. This fee helps cover the salon product/supplies cost.
A guest experience fee of 4% will be added to almost all services to ensure that Salontrose can continuously provide the best color and product lines in the market, help support the stylists’ continuing education, and keep our service prices affordable for all.
